Independent Study and Mentorship, also known as ISM, is a program at Frisco High School that, while rigorous, provides students with an opportunity to dive into an area of study to determine whether or not it is right for them. The program allows students to network and grow their opportunities for future jobs as well as gain experience in the work place while also teaching them necessary communication skills.
